Welcome to Redlands Reflexology!

My name is Helen Totman and I am a qualified reflexologist (MAR) and former children's nurse. The knowledge I have gained from my reflexology training, combined with my nursing background, enables me to provide a truly individual and holistic treatment.

As a member of the Association of Reflexologists (MAR) I am insured to practice and follow a strict code of ethics. I continue to increase my knowledge of reflexology through study and attending specialist courses from world renowned tutors.

I offer foot, facial and hand reflexology.
