Reflexology is an ancient practice of applying pressure to distinct reflexes and zones on the feet.  The feet have been mapped to anatomically represent the whole body.  Stimulating and holding these specific areas has been shown to be beneficial to your health and wellbeing.

Reflexology can help to release tension and improve your mood. It may also improve your sleep. The benefits experienced are individual but you will leave feeling more relaxed with an increased sense of well being. 

A treatment takes an hour and involves the feet being methodically massaged working from the right foot to the left. Reflex points may be held if you feel sensitivity during the treatment. Sensitivity suggests a possible imbalance to the related body part. Relaxation is built into the treatment and you should leave the session feeling relaxed, calm and stimulated.
