Samhain Retreat

Friday 31st October to Sunday 2nd November 2025

Celebrate the completion of another cycle of the season in a cosy weekend retreat for Samhain.

Our ancestors venerated this time as the end of their year when everything in nature is dying back and getting ready for winter.

Taking inspiration from this most potent of the fire festivals, we'll make our own preparations for gathering in, slowing down and finding the nurturing and celebratory qualities of the season.

Schedule: With a maximum of 6 people at each retreat, Tracey's daily yoga and wellbeing sessions provide individual attention throughout the weekend. She works within the seasonal flow of the year, offering in-depth practices that will help you reconnect to your own embodied wisdom by coming into rhythm with Nature's cycles.
